Supernatural is a notoriously badly paced show, though. The first like, four episodes were all way too epic and I was like "give me a break!" and now they're all too happy and it's like "hello, there is real stuff going on" and this always happens and Kripke never learns, lol. But I really enjoyed tonight's ep when I super expected to hate it and that has restored all hope for me this season.

Yeah I've noticed. It's not SUPER bad but it would be a lot better if things were paced nicer and there wasn't a chunk of intenseness and then a chunk of happy and then another chunk of intenseness.
