Oh joy! As it turns out, I was right, it was the power supply that exploded. Now it's replaced and my computer is humming right along.

The fiasco got me a bit paniced about my data. I'm now backing it all up. Joy!

My computer fried today while playing World of Warcraft. I think it's just the power supply (gods, I hope that's all it is). The power supply board has some spooge on it, so that is probably it. Gotta get down to Fry's after work tomorrow for a new one. The thing ain't that old. Maybe a bug crawled inside and committed suicide? It was kinda ( Read more... )

I stepped out onto my balcony today. There were people jogging in the street. Between cones. I went back inside and stepped out onto the other balcony. The people are still there. They have cowbells.

Friday night's Cast in Shadow game involved much hilarity. Travis' suggestion to run a scene revolving around a spirit of happiness seemed to entertain those involved, even though it was a trivial plot line. But maybe that's why it entertained?
