Broken Hand Update

In our last episode, I had just gotten my left hand splinted.  The next step was to make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor to set and cast my hand.  It was too late in the day to make an appointment so I decided to do it from work on Monday

Ahh, now you know how I felt. I had a couple hairline fractures in my hand from the crash, but it was fine by the time I saw the doctor 3 days later. Just a bit tender, and it hurt to type for about 2 or 3 days. My ankle was another story though. I went for the kiwi green fiberglass cast. It matches my Ren Faire outfit. :P

Glad to hear that, dispite the referal trouble, you got it taken care off. Now when you say that you are typing one-handed, we can't make fun of you for it :-)

Yes we can! Now we know why he's been "idling" all day... one hand in the splint, the other hand doing... you know... and no hands to type with!
