If you know someone who has lost a child and you’re afraid to mention them because you think you’ll make them sad by reminding them the child died…they didn’t forget they died. You’re not reminding them. What you’re reminding them is that YOU remember they lived and that’s a GREAT, GREAT gift.

focus and concentration
at an all time high. i haven't been this focused since middle school.
perfectionism and ocd is back. the motivation is here. i missed it.
yes, it is actually a huge illness i had that was covered up for some time. i'm not one of those hand washers or door lock checkers, but i do rewrite things over and over again. -
