Well, it pays to remember the things that work. The "music" field at the bottom of these journal entry things got me thinking about music and singing and a conversation i had with Deirdre and Abby about how much i miss singing regularly (and especially with people). So I sang for a while and am feeling rather less on the cranky side. So does

Awww! Much appreciated, especially with the sad lack of response to this post so far.

Sadly I haven't otherwise pursued gathering people yet, but if you ever come out this way it'd be great to get a group of folks together :)

Oooh. rather off topic, Cappy and I saw Dar yesterday at a free concert on the Hudson. totally rocked. We (the audience) got to sing along to a few of her refrains.
