Yesterday we had an ice storm. It was nothing like ones I've seen before, but it was still kinda nasty. We lost cable about 10:30. So I started cleaning. Then we lost power briefly while I was talking to Kris, but it came right back on. Although the cordless phone died, so Kris had to call back. Kris will be home for Thanksgiving. However, due to a timing issue, GE has decided that Kris will no longer have 5 days off while he's in Japan, therefore I am no longer going. Gotta love it. So I tried the pinot again tonight. It tasted much better than last night. It smelled better too. I don't know if it was because I left the bottle open to breath for a while before I recorked it last night or what. But, today I bought a different Pinot Noir.
