Nice quiet weekend; mum and was down from Friday to Sunday. After the week of redundancy hell at work, I felt distinctly stressed Friday night, so drank a little too much that night. Other than that it was a very low-key few days

Ah yes, I've seen the webcam mentioned somewhere else recently and thought it was a great idea - good to know it works well, now I can recommend it to friends :o)

This is the one I went for having looked around for a while (there's not many that do IR and wireless, and most that do manage both are fearsomely pricey). So far I've been very impressed with it, although it does end up being quite easy to just sit and watch him, erm, sleep.

family can log in online to see him as well if they want. It's a brilliant machine; it has infra-red so even when it's pitch black in his room you can still see him clearly

Heh, it is a bit. I'm more concerned about strolling in there with only my sleeping t-shirt at about 2AM if he's crying, and inadvertently treating my in-laws to a sight they'd probably prefer not to see!

BTW, am still laughing about your recent post re the nutters you had to deal with for work :D
