Tonight's run was...

As bad as Sunday's run was, tonight's was good. It felt like I was gliding from the start. Ran six miles at a consistent twelve minute pace.

Thursday will be too cold for an outdoor run. I will try to do a few miles on the treadmill and then try again for a long run on Sunday.
