Hey all! I'm making this LJ 'cause I figure if I keep myself accountable to people, it'll help me meet my long-term and short-term goals in my struggle against my weight. I'm going to list my vitals behind an LJ-Cut, so's not to bore you, or frighten you with ugly pictures. ;)

Have you thought about doing some cleansing to give you a kickstart for weight loss? Say, going vegan for a week, or raw vegan for a week? Minimizing complex carbs (like breads and pastas, not all carbs like some Atkins freak) will also help significantly.

To tell you the truth, I'm shortly about to start Usana's "Reset" program. I just need one or two questions answered from the company, and I'll be doing it. I'm also going to be changing my diet to what's called "low-glycemic". But, now you've just taken away two or three journal posts. Thanks a lot! ;P

Hahaha! Sorry, dude. It'll still be good to hear how those work for you. It's easier to stay motivated if you see some fast results as opposed to, "I lost 1 pound this week!"

Do it do it do it! It's actually a great way to motivate yourself. Make sure you update it, too. It kinda helps to make you accountable to what you're doing. If you slip every so often, make sure to journal it too; that way not only can us friends give that extra bit of support that ya need, it makes you not want to cheat as often so's you don't HAVE to journal it. ;)
