Went to my interview this morning. I wasn't really impressed. They really didn't cover much in the Position Desription that I had for that position. The office managers office didn't exisit. Cody went ahead and moved out tonight. We took most of his stuff on over after work. He left the big stuff until he and his dad get a place of their own. Their living with his dad's mom right now.

We have a lot of work to do in his bedroom. It's pretty beat up.

This lady at work is making me go at lunch to "find" something to wear to my interview on Tuesday. For 17 of my 20 1/2 years on campus I have worn jeans, tennis shoes and t-shirts. I just got a call about a position I applied for a while back. They want me to come in on Tuesday, May 24th (Mine and Wade's Anniversary) at 9:30 a.m. for an interview. It would be an upgrade for me. I have lived in the shadow of my family for years. Drowned in their misery and made it my own, allowed them to suck the life out of me to the point of breakdown. I thought I had broken the tie and moved on, becoming stronger and seeing what life really has to offer. BUT, today it came back. Ok. I have a second. I had to get up at 3:00 a.m. yesterday (along with Cody) to have Mom picked up by 5:15-5:30 a.m. and have her at the hospital at 6:15 a.m. She had surgery at 7:30 a.m. to replace both knees. It was suppose to take 4 hours it wound up taking 5 1/2 hours because of some complications. They gave her an epidural and it didn't work ( Read more... )

Mom had her surgery yesterday. I'll give more details later. I'm heading back up to the hospital in a minute and then returning to work. I'm so tired!
