"Alien Apocalypse" is an awful movie. There was only one even relatively humorous line in the 30 minutes or so I subjected myself early this afternoon, and you can find it as the first quote on the IMDB quotes page. Are you saying Bruce Campbell is ever in good movies?

I mean Army of Darkness is one of my favorite movies but it's hardly good.

Funny and campy- yes. Awful? Not so much... I mean, this was excruciatingly bad even for Bruce Campy-bell. Save yourselves! Run- run while you still can...

Case in point- the one relatively funny quote I pointed out lost basically all humor value when taken in context. The guy Bruce killed had just raped the one woman in the "save the human race" party. Not so much a funny scene.

Firefly is SO GOOD. I'm looking forward to watching it a second time when I can devote lots of attention to it.

This is the third time I've watched it, and I plan to see it many times again in the future. Hooray for excellent Hannukah gifts!
