Yes!I'm on the course, which will be starting mid septemberish, so back to university for me for 3 years to do a foundation degree in contact centre management (effectively the first 2 years of the business management degree from plymouth university)! All paid for and supported by work as well - so thats just a mere £4.5 - £5,000 investment that

congrats. Who did you chat to in the training dept?

twas with ben and emma - the interview was meant to have been with jo (director) with ben taking notes, but in the end it was ben who conducted the interview with emma taking notes.

Probably worked better as didnt have to explain so much what it is that I actually do as they both have an idea of how my campaign works :-)

sadly not, as though the course is accredited by plymouth uni, its actually being delivered through the city of bristol college.

was quit hard to not be overly wooty while at work ... of the 9 who got to the final interview only 4 of us got taken on, so there were quite a few sad faces around
