Yes!I'm on the course, which will be starting mid septemberish, so back to university for me for 3 years to do a foundation degree in contact centre management (effectively the first 2 years of the business management degree from plymouth university)! Yeap, I had a call at work from the college and they want me on the course! Even my written academic assessment(which I thought was quite pap) they were really impressed with!

Woohoo!!!

Just one final interview left, which is a week tomorrow with the personnel development director!

the good news is how much I love my friends! nicnac sent me an email yesterday letting me know of a package that was on the way that was looking like a mummified toddler ... and it arrived today at work and everyone who has seen it agree, its so cool!
