So work has been...um, productive. Last week was my last day I shadowed, then the other 4 days I spent on my own. I call the CSM's (managers) for help A LOT. Like, I think almost every hour last Wednesday. Even yesterday I was having to ask for help on how to use a shopping card for payment (although granted they are extra confusing, as to BUY
