To hear your usual hardcore mac zealot gloat about the 'blue screen of death'* - you might believe that macs never ever crash ever -ever -ever.

(*I haven't seen one of those on my 'puter for ... well, I actually can't remember the last time. I suspect it might be when a faulty hard drive was dying on me. I haven't had one since.)

Yes I know… my main blog home at www.groc.org.uk disappeared from the interwebhighway sometime last mid-Friday. Whoopsie, I'd forgotten to renew the domain name.
