So I signed a purchase and sales agreement on a house today...  That means that the broker has accepted my bid, now we just have to wait on their bank to accept it, since it is a short sale, and anything less than asking price has to be OK'ed by their bank that holds the current mortgage.  Keep your fingers crossed :)

Santa brought me a pink tool set.  Effing awesome.  So now if I break something, I will have the tools when someone comes over to help fix it(because we all know I can't do that crap lol).

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says steroids were found in the body of pro wrestler Chris Benoit, who killed his wife and young son last month before hanging himself.

Benoit's wife Nancy had "therapeutic levels" of Xanax and hydrocodone -- a generic Vicodin -- in her system when she died.
