Peppers and cooking

They are wonderful. I've been learning to cook after 6 years of eating almost every meal out. A nice discovery is the perpetual farmers market just a mile away. They have a ton of peppers. I'm exploring the different flavors and varied level of heat of all the types. I really like the Fresno pepper. The Anaheim is good as well

I highly recommend disposable gloves for chopping up peppers. I usually wear one on the hand I'm using to hold.
