A fan forum I run is for two comedians. One of the comedians is doing a play right now.
Anyway, my question was, someone on the forum suggested that we have 'business cards' for the forum that  the members can hand out/leave around/stick on noticeboards, during the  run of his show.
Has anyone here done that before? Any ideas on how to do it?

I'm running a fanforum, and people have been asking for a new skin for it. It'd be in addition to the current one, they could just pick between the two.

I want something cheery, not too busy, and easy to read off of.

It's currently pale yellow and darker aqua/turquoise.

Any ideas on what I should do? No one's giving me any suggestions on the forum ( Read more... )

What do you do with your comms or forums personally when you're going away? Do you trust that they'll be alright? Do you make a few posts before you leave, to hopefully keep activity going?

Since this comm is not just about comms but all forums and so on as well, what is your opinion on using google ads?

My comm was featured. It has now, a few months later, got hardly any posting going on. :( How can I start to get people other than me posting?
