Settling on a Theory

So after many hypothesis about what was causing my sore throat/laryngitis 2 week attack from hell, I finally settled on a theory. The hypothesis ranged from germy-germs to muscle strain to detoxing. The final clue came from theartemisiawayThe answer, SEX. Why? Cuz its the answer to everything right

I'd say that's a pretty good theory. I know that whenever i'm not doing what i need to do for myself (emotional/spiritually) i always get sick without fail... It's a good lesson to learn. I hope that you do what you need to do for yourself.

unpasteurized apple cidar vinegar and grade B honey - 2 tsp each per cup of warm or cool water (whichever feels better) is an old vermont remedy for restoring balance and keeping the body at the right ph...................for future reference, of course ;-)
