I can tell this is a faked picture as Growl does not have his Bow tie. He would never be seen in public with out his bow tie.

Course it could have come off and is lost in the park somewhere. OOOOOooo that would be good.

Funny thing is it took me a minute to figure out why he was naked and then I realized that that was last years picture. ;)
