It is raining today. I'm really enjoying it even though it makes it harder to get around on foot. It would be nice though to still know someone who has a car and would be down for driving to the Westcliff. Getting the battery for the camera was a hassel and when I got one the light meter still didn't work. However now it's looking like I might have gotten the wrong battery. (this is why old cameras suck, as much as I might love them otherwise) Gordon helped me fix the half working light meter in Josh's camera, but I still love my Nikomat ( Read more... )

I'm really hoping the day improves. So far it's been finding out that the light meter I checked out doesn't work, leaving film at home, going back home to get film and crashing on my bike in the process, then no one has the camera battery I need. So I have a fat swollen knee, a screwed up back, and no way of metering so I can take photos. Erh. ( Read more... )
