My long run this week was 25k. I did it in about 2:43, which is a slightly faster pace than what I ran for last weekend's 24. It also felt much, much, better. I mean, it was still a long, hard, tough run but I never felt like I was suffering. I ran with my old, broken-in shoes, though, and had to dash inside for a bathroom break at 9k so I did
