So different and yet so similar

It amazes me how diverse cultures can be and how the Disney 'It’s a small world' concept is making it possible to rub shoulders with them. On Friday night, I had Japanese food with 3 of my colleagues, 2 of whom are more like friends now. Lovely. You should post more often (*begs*)

It IS wonderful isn't it, Boo? Makes you glad to be alive and loving every moment of it and all that sap. But still, I'm so glad you got yourself to where you are now. These things change you in so many ways, and you'll go back (if/when) a different person, some of your beliefs strengthened, some shaken, but overall, satisfied. 'content' is right :)

>:D<

(more truisms in my reply than in your post, but hey, even if they've been around for ever, we have the right to experience them in our own way. Dont be apologizing for that :-p. Now before I start cursing myself for becoming all sappy and preachy: *the end*)

Thank you for teaching me HTML :D. I dont like the default font.

Your reply seals what I was trying to say. I do feel more alive and glad to be experiencing what I am experiencing. Quoting you again here (and adding some of 'me' to the original quote): There is so little time and so much more to explore, to do, to be, to see, to read....to 'live'!! Argh and WOW at the same time :-| :D

You are anything but sappy and I am glad you are more grounded and rooted cos it helps me stay in the real world when I get carried away :-)

I hope it won't be a case of two more, and then no more for a long time.

And hey, while i feel it's quite undeserved (not for Smriti, of course), that's quite a compliment - thanks a lot :-)

I agree with u pie 100 %. no matter where u are men are men women are women. life styles n cultures differ but the basic feelings and wants remain uniform thru out the universe !!. No wonder we all originated from a single mass after big bang. iam little confused with philosophy and physics right now shall clarify later
