This weekend was a pretty good one. A nice way to end the "summer". Too bad it will still be hot for another month and a half. Friday night, I saw Little Miss Sunshine, and I have to say it was great. Hilarious. Morbid at times, while staying hilarious. Steve Carrell was great, as was everyone else. I won't be able to post this tomorrow, since I probably won't get to a computer. But one year ago, at about 2AM on August 19th, my mom passed away. Things have been really tough at times, but thanks to many people I seem to have handled it pretty well. I still can't stop thinking about her, and I don't know if that will ever change. B'day weekend is in full swing! Last night Shannon surprised me. She got us a room at the Pickwick Place downtown. And she got us a suite on the 7th floor! It was amazing. Ahhh! I haven't written in so long. I'm at work right now. I have things to do, but I'm not doing them. Life has been going well recently. Two weekends ago was spent in Atlanta for my cousin's birthday. We had tapas at a place called Eclipse di Luna. My first tapas experience, and it was incredible.
