I'll take it.

Wishes:
1. I think I'd take very good luck (that have extraneous secret costs like Longshot in Marvel Comics)
2. The ability to make people I love immortal and ageless.

A+ for reading comp. Never mind then. Nothing worse than an eternity watching people you love die on you.

Immortality, while interesting in concept, would get boring after a century or so. Even if you had a companion who was also immortal, eventually, you'll get bored.

Besides, I want to see which views are right as far as the afterlife goes!

So I have thought about it for a while now. And come to this conclusion.

Immortality is a concept that the human mind can never really wrap around because we have never, and can never , experience it. I am not one to be a pioneer in anything so I would have to decline it. I would also think , that if I were immortal , I would never work towards leaving a legacy for my children and loved ones. I would work more towards securing my personal fortunes and security. Mortality defines a man because he fears it. Fearing death brings about things like , insurance, innovations in safety, medical breakthrough, and other various high-minded goals. If we had no fear of death , we would simply ignore anything that was needed to stave it off.

*This is my personal opinion and has no bearing on anyone I am associated with.
