It's two thousand and five now, each year getting a little farther from when things were really good.

I'm listening to a mix CD my friend made for me to try to get me more "with the times" but since I remember a lot of these bands from a while ago I'm not sure how with the times she is.
but hey, it's nice to have some companionship.

not sure what to do tonight, really. the options are go out and see a band that's supposed to sound like a cross between the Melvins and ZZTOp (WTF?!) and maybe rent a movie or just stay home and do nothing or go and drink myself into nothingness.

politics go so well with beer.

the last two days: oh, joy. like seriously.

november always makes me want to go somewhere where cookies are baking, sit in the corner and contemplate dying.

I think today will be better than tommorrow, even though tommorrow is Halloween. Today there is no pressure to do something awesome as there often is on holidays, when ordinary hanging out will not be enough to riggity rock it.

today one of my co-workers announced she's quitting. shame. my eyes sting. I was cooking hamburgers and cut up onions to put on them and now I'm crying like emo.

eeeemo.

but what I like to do is mix my mayo and mustard up and spread them on the buns. not so much into the ketchup myself, but that's just me.
