Hello there, everyone! I'm going to assume that you've all settled back into things at Hogwarts nicely. If not, well...just give it a couple more days, you should be fine...

Anyway! I believe it's time to assign you some homework...I'd like you to write a paper on what you have learned about Transfiguration so far and what you wish to learn about

Daine Sarrasri, 7th Gryffindor: Daine has a lot to say about what she's learned over the course of six long years at Hogwarts. She puts down everything she's ever learned, ever. And she wants to learn how to change herself into animals though she's been studying that subject for a long time by herself anyways. It's definitely about three quarters of a roll of parchment.

Jomy Marcus Shin - 3rd year Gryffindor. The boy loves this subject, so he made a long, detailed one, four pages worth. It's pretty organized. He wrote down practically everything he learned, only missing a couple of spells or two. He said he wanted to learn more and stuff.

Miki Kaoru - 3rd year Ravenclaw. Miki's work is a lot like Jomy's, except the enthusiasm isn't there and it makes much more sense. It probably sounds like a book, and one might think it's a good reviewer for Transfiguration. And what's weird is that it's not 1-2 years worth of Transfiguration classes, it's until the 7th year. You would think he's a 7th year with the homework he submitted. In the end, he wrote that he wanted to learn more about Transfigurations because he thinks classes are better than self-studying.

Takuto Kira - 6th Year Gryffindor: Because he only started Hogwarts in third year, Takuto may skim over the basics learns in the first two years of the class, but give decent enough descriptions of what he's learned through the past three years at school, adding up at just about the one and half parchment mark.

Mulan Fa- She wrote 5 paragraphs, with information regarding what she learned in the previous four years at Hogwarts. It's not exactly what you'd call very detailed, but most of the important information is there, and it's pretty much correct. She added that she'd like to learn Vanishing charms, and maybe an insight on Human transfiguration. And of course, continuing on cross-species transfiguration.

Taiga Aisaka - 5th Gryffindor: Pretty even distribution of information about her four years of Transfiguration, with some decent details thrown in. She also shows an interest in human transfiguration, like turning somebody's hair into grass. Not for mischief purposes, of course.

Chie Satonaka - 6th Gryffindor: Skimped on the basics from years 1 and 2, but knows her stuff for the most part. It's more of a general overview than anything in-depth, but there is a considerable focus on what she learned in 5th year. She worked much harder than usual last year to get the OWL, and it's obvious because half the paper is about that.
