an academic advisor is there to assist you with complications you have in the process of your course/faculty planning. they are not there to miraculously make all your conflicts go away. they are not there to tell you which is the best path to take ( Read more... )

sounds like you work in the ubc complaint dept sometimes. =)

if that's the case, i'd like to put down my 2 cents on how frickin' expensive and long the lines are at the bookstore. i spent over $300 today, 45+ mins in line and haven't even finished purchasing my books. *CRY*
