back in seattle after a month out of seattle. i spent 4 days in boston and then 3.5 weeks in atlanta. it was really nice but it was odd coming back to seattle. i think vacations longer than a week or two are a really bad idea because it's just too much relaxation all at once. =P

so the confrontation was fine - he ended up g-chatting me to ask if i was upset, and we talked about it and we worked it out. =)

so i'm starting to prepare for my move to seattle. i finally started packing today, and i spent a few hours yesterday and today online trying to figure out what's near my apartment. there's a huge mall less than a mile away, there's the space needle and paul allen's "experience music project" and pike place market, and there's a few drugstores, ( Read more... )

I've realized I'm very lucky that all my close friends in high school and college were such good (aka not wild) kids, because I found out I'm not good at resisting peer pressure. If they hadn't been good people, I think I would be a drunk on the street by now :) Well not quite, but I'd definitely be drinking a lot more and maybe smoking or worse ( Read more... )

i'm in mexico for work. it's fun. all we do is drink.
