Should I go ahead and ignore the line about not posting in a while?

Anyway, my journal has had almost everything that most users have had on their journals. Regular and infrequent posts, played-with layouts, artwork submissions, and even a (failed) discussion attempt. What have I neglected?

Just some stuff I felt like posting about.

I've been meaning to mention that there's a new cat at my house. It's a stray that we started feeding, a pure white cat named 'Snowflake'. It will be an outside cat though, he won't get along with our other two cats; he is very well-mannered usually though.

How can one thing look like something you know it isn't? Everyday it looks more and more like something else, even though I know for sure it's not. It even looks more like it now than before, when I still thought it could be. You'd think assurance of the contrary would remove an illusion based in speculation or doubt.

I finally presented one of my poems to be work-shopped in poetry class today. In that class, we submit poems, and then read them to the class (who all have copies of your poem) who then help you improve upon your writing. I am in SUCH a GOOD MOOD, and I'm not even gonna tell you why! (And no, it has nothing to do with Megatokyo, although I did make first page MDT today :)
