Weird day

I woke up today with the general feeling of panic and anxiety. Seeing as how the panic attacks have cascaded around the last few days, I guess today is my day. It's very weird because it's just a paranoid general anxiety without any real source

I have suggie experience, yes. :) I had a pair a few years ago before we made the move to new england. I rehomed them because we were moving into a friend's house and we would not have a bedroom to ourselves, plus she had 18 cats. It would not have been fair to them.

The pair that we are getting are 100% het for both leucistic and platinum genes. They have previously produced both types of babies together. One is a gorgeous white faced blonde, the other displays standard grey. The woman that I am adopting them from is getting ready to lose her house after a family member robbed her blind. She has a 4 year old daughter and she is trying to hold things together for her. I told her if she ever reached the point where she can take on suggies again, I'm more than happy to give her her own pick of babies. I'm fully intending to help the glider community and work toward understanding the plat genes and strengthening the leucistic lines. :D

Birds are good. Halcyon has actually been MUCH less aggressive since we moved him into a smaller cage. He was in a huge 30x40 amazon cage but we got one of the EFC cages and packed it with toys and chewies. He's even letting other people (WOMEN GASP) pet him through the cage bars, though he's still a snot much of the time. His shrieking has stopped since we spend most of our time in the room with him and he is talking much more now than before.
