The Celery Solution
I've been trying to get this juicing thing down for a long while now, but I just can't get past celery. Yes, celery. Oh my god, celery juice has got to be one of the most repulsive things I've ever consumed. According to the juicers thing that I try to follow, I need to consume 1 head of it a day in juice. Allergies
My allergies and I have a long history of torment and torture. On a good day I have difficulty breathing through my nose and an awful rasp/gurgle first thing in the morning. On a bad day (the last 2-3 weeks or so) I can't breathe at all, the sneezing has pulled muscles in my back, I can't think through the fog and pressure in my head, my eyeballs ( Read more... ) -

Swine Flu possibilities
Now that I've randomly burst into tears because I just don't feel well, we think we have all been exposed to the swine flu. A few weeks ago, a friend of ours verified she had it AFTER exposing a few of our other friends to it. They both got it, one gave it to her sister, and now my friend aj has it.
