I use a neti pot (saline solution that flushes out your sinuses) every day when I am in the shower. The pillows are... over 3 months old, so not brand new, just sort of new. The mattress is 2 years old now, a king sized seely posturpedic I think.

Helping to bost your auto imune system is important. Not sure if it would be helpfull for you, but I take a bit of Apple cider viniger about a spoon in a glass of warm water in the morning or at night, (snuggles will take some with me, her request, weird bird, but lots of peaple on the list give there birds Apple cider in water and food.)
Greapfruit seed oil is something you might want to look into for cleaning and health. llystine and a few more things were good. can send you a list if you like, got them from a consult with a nutrilist for fibro.

I'm heading in that direction also. My IC is an auto-immune disorder, as well as my IBS. I have every symptom of fibro but never made the connection between my chronic pain and fibro because I've dealt with it since I was very young, as far back as I can remember. I just don't have the insurance or the money to get checked out and confirmed. I'm 25, damnit, I should be under warranty somewhere. :(

I'm slowly working toward a raw vegan lifestyle but it's EXPENSIVE, even living in FL. We are starting this season with growing our own veggies so that will help. It's slow going, particularly when I was raised on whatever I could possibly find to eat, yay for growing up on the poverty line. It's been hard.
