I went to bed at 8 o'clock last night. And slept til 830 this morning. Then i took a 2 hour nap this afternoon. And i'm still tired. I made solid plans to visit Jenna next weekend. Yesterday i ended up in Northeast Philly for the second saturday in a row. Thankfully, i was with my housemate and we ended up in the Russian/ex-Soviet state neighbourhood. Well it has come back. I guess i should be taking higher doses of prednisone (steroids) but i really don't want to since i've already gained 5lbs and feel hungry all the time. I'm hoping that getting back to getting acupuncture will help. In the meantime, i've been taking higher doses of vicodin which helps the pain but not the stiffness ( Read more... )
