Loves me some Madonna too. I would think Hung Up would be great for moving.

This doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the mix, but I've always thought some of Wolgemut's louder/faster stuff (which is most of it) would make great workout music...

I love to work out to Pink (especially So What), Gwynne Steffani -- Wind It Up, Black Eyed Peas Shut Up, Christina Aguilera -- Dirty, Hole -- Anything off Live Through This -- I'll look at my i-pod mix and send you some more

LOL--the only song here on my playlist is Rebel Yell. Apparently I need to get in touch with my inner headbanger to work out 'cause I listen to a lot of AC/DC, Elvis Hitler, Guns & Roses, and Rob Zombie...
Punk is good too--Ramones, Social Distortion, Clash

It's like I need to work up a rage at my fat in order to kick its ass. RAWR! I always thought it'd shock the other gym patrons if my fat, middle-class, middle-aged, white woman's iPod suddenly started broadcasting and they could hear what I hear! LOL
