Yesterday me and Chodges were talking in the middle of marching band practice, a few minutes before I was going to leave early. Mac had talked to me before practice about the upcoming orchestra concert and asked me to leave early from band, change quickly, and get to the chapel to make sure that the stage had been set up correctly for the concert ( Read more... )

I've never taken a class that makes my brain feel tired every day before now. The reading and seminars we've been tackling in this class have been far more valuable and challenging than anything else I've dealt with in schooling before. So its taken me a while, but I finally finished 'The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich' last night at nearly 3 AM. For those who don't know much about that book, the important things are that its REALLY BIG, and that its a very valuable, well writen read if you think history is important at all. has been the most fun time I've had in a while.

In other news midterms suck.

Phi Mu Alpha stuff all day. Boring meeting, but then 2 hours of ultimate frisbee at victory park. SOOO much fun! my team was down 5 - 1, then two of our team quit (it was 8 on 10, we were down), but we came back to win 10-7 anyway! Today and this past friday (when we played frisbee with PMA before the bonfire) have made me really really look ( Read more... )
