Bob's weightloss tips

As clutch_c points out, there are a lot of BARGErs who could stand to drop a pound or two. As someone who has dropped about 45 of them since the beginning of the year and I feel like I'm probably in the best shape of my adult life, at least since college, I thought I'd share what I've done.

All excellent advice. For me, the starting slow and setting a goal that I'd be ashamed to back out of were the two best pieces of advice.

For those interested in running, the C25K plan: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml is great because it does go slow and anyone can do it. I'm sure there are bike/swim programs that are similar as well.

You do too! Had I known we'd lose so much weight this year, I'd have insisted we do some before & after photos.
