OK, so after the drama with my mom blew over, it looks like everything well be ok. The extra account is canceled, I am changing my wachovia account, and she found an old savings accout of hers was still open and she can cash her check! THank goodness. I think that I may have to push back the wedding a year or so. Dammit..It's just too expensive. I really want to get married, but without parental help, it means we can only spend as much as we can save. If we wait another year, then we may have enough saved up.
