Crepes pt. 2

Crepe recipe learned from Vivian
250g White Flour
50g Granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
1/2 liter of milk
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp rum
Combine ingredients and mix well.
Batter should be thin but not too watery and is best prepared the night before.
Haven't seen how to cook them yet but figured I'd post the recipe before I forgot it. -

Alive in the UK
So I'm in Edinburgh, alive and well. Was an interesting journey in. Despite what I thought, I was told in no uncertain terms that I can't WWOOF on a travel visa, and if they catch me I'll be deported. Still thinking that over.
