Check to see if somehow you turned on the preference that forces the browser to use your specified fonts, instead of the fonts the page wants. Check that you haven't told it to default to 50% zoom (though I'm not sure how to do that, myself...)
I've seen corruption of a font cause automatic substitution that did something like that.
Check with another browser, and see if you have the same problem.
Wow, you really pissed off the mods at the Pittsburgh community. I think most of the people there are assholes. I've seen really stupid posts like, "I want a tattoo of a dragon. Where can I get one? I like to eat at Subway too, where's the best one?" and people treat them better.
Even though your post was irrelevant to that community, I'm considering spamming them with a bunch of asinine questions from several dummy accounts.

Like everyone else has suggested, check your browser viewing settings. You can also try a computer restart.
