I'm moving on to buy my own house and I need someone to take my apartment. It's a great opportunity to live downtown without the hassle of roommates. Mary would like to get it filled before then, preferably. I'll be out the first week of May. You should email and get in touch with her. There are 21 apartments in here and a decent amount of turn-around. She also has other properties and may have something that will open up then.
