Two of my brothers came over tonight - one to cut the grass, one to study. Anyway, they got hungry and because I am an atrocious cook, they gave me a lesson. I now know how to make chicken, broccoli, noodles, and corn on the cob. I am good to go. School's almost out. Yay! The kids are gone, my classroom's cleaned out (dust, sweat and dirt abound), my check off list is turned in. The only thing we have to do on Tuesday is go to a meeting. And then...summer!

Also, I'm in the process of falling in love with Star Trek. Mr. Spock is dreamy.

It's been pretty nice, if a bit quiet. I've been to three different bookstores this week, if that tells you anything (about the week or about me - take your pick). Anyway, I've spent the week reading, watching a few old movies, cleaning and organizing. However, I did a few things just for me. I just got back from a concert at the Fox Theatre. It was so much fun! The group was Celtic Woman (it was a Christmas present for Dad) and it was fabulous! My brothers are coming home this weekend! Well, two of them. Yay!

It snowed today! Have you ever noticed how the snow makes the world seem like it's moving in slow motion? Plus, it makes the air smell different. I love snow. Anyway, I don't want to go outside, so we're having a Firefly marathon.

While putting up my Christmas tree last night, I caught part of a movie called "The Hogfather". I wikipediaed it and apparently it's based on a book by Terry Pratchett, which is part of a series called Discworld.
