I just finished watching Torchwood. My heart hurts.

I have a zombie fly in my bathroom.

Today was such a good day. We got up early and ate our "proper English breakfast" and caught the end of our bus tour from yesterday. Then we watched the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. Here I am in London! I'm at an internet cafe across the street from my hotel. And the clock on the computer says 22:30. I love England. Jet lag was awful yesterday - I felt like a zombie walking around. But we kept walking so we wouldn't fall asleep and we found a Bruce Springsteen concert by accident in Hyde Park. We went to a banquet tonight for my dad's job. It was held at the Hyatt in the Centennial ballroom. Boy did that make me long for Dragon*Con. It was very strange to be there without ten thousand other people. Meanwhile, I'm getting ready to fly to England on Saturday. Yay! How are all you guys doing?

*Ding-a-ling-a-ling*
Me: Hello?
TM: Hi! May I please speak with Ms. ....?
Me: Sure!
*pause*
*longer pause*
Me: I mean, it's me. Speaking.
TM: Wow! You sound so...Are you sure you're an adult?

I just got back from the Renaissance Festival. I had a wonderful, wonderful time. I am so exhausted I can't sit up. The water is running for my bath, so I don't have time or energy to post any more about it right now, but I promise I will go back and post about it tomorrow. In the meantime, know that I had a great day.

I saw fireflies tonight, in my front yard. It was in the twilight, as I went out to my mailbox. I love fireflies.
