I basically used the Betty Crocker Recipe. It used sherry, real Parmesan, nutmeg, half&half, chicken broth, baby bella mushrooms, chicken, and tasty trader's joes pasta.
I like the idea of white wine instead of sherry, I can see that working really well. A lot of people online say to roast the chicken in garlic first, and I didn't see that going well with nutmeg, but I think it might be necessary to add some real flavor. Or maybe I'll make it without the chicken as a side next time :)
