For the first time I said no to dating someone and it was freaking awesome. Should've enacted that right the last three times rather than being guilted into it. Anyways, what'd I get for standing up for myself? A shit storm. People think he'd be great for me and that I just need to get over my funk

If it's other people that know somebody is the best for you, it's the best argument to decide against what they think. No one except for yourself knows what is really good for you.
