Well intrepid readers, I am off to a could be fun weekend in the mountains. The family matriarch passed away at the (for me) unattainable ripe old age of 98! I loved her a lot, but hadn't seen her in a long time. Sorry I didn't get to see her one more time. It has just been pointed out by Mpanther, Mistletoeelf and I have not updated our friends on my situation. The surgery went well, I didn't heal quite right, but of that in a minute. The two lymph nodes they cut out were the biggest, brightest ones on the PET scan. The largest turned out to be a happy, healthy lymph node, just doing it's job. The ( Read more... )

Well gang, The PET scan I got last week was a mixed bag of news. The tumors which had been getting started on liver and lung had disappeared, but more lymph nodes are now involved. So...
