It varies a little depending on the day. For reference, I'm 5'6", about 155 lbs, and intermediate-maybe.
I can usually do 275 overhand for 5, at 315/3 plates I may get 1-5. This also varies depending on which bar, humidity, last oily guy to use, residual chalk (I don't bring chalk). If I really want 315 without having to think or possibly break my flow, I'll cross-grip.

So short answer - 315 maybe.
Over 315 - 100% using cross-grip.

For better grip i lose the gloves

I like gloves. I have a little nerve damage in one hand and gloves make lifting less likely to provoke hot shooting pains in that hand.
