i hate this feeling. i want to forget about him so so so so much. but i can't. i try, i really really try. but then i look at facebook and see him commenting on another girl's photo and telling her she's beautiful, and then i want to break down and cry. i don't know how to handle it. it breaks my heart all over again. so my heart is breaking

quit stalking him on facebook.
you won't see him talking to other girls and then you'll stop crying.
and if you can't convince yourself to stop delete him as a friend, easy peasy lemon squeasy.

I honestly feel like I could have written this... you and I are still in really similar places. especially "i know i deserve better, but i just want him to love me again."

I used to break down every time I saw my ex writing things to girls on myspace, and brook is right, you just have to stop looking. if you can't bring yourself to delete him as a friend (I couldn't) then at least make it harder for you to get to his facebook page- delete his comments, and anything else on your profile that directly links you to him. the harder it is for you to get to his page, the less likely you'll be to look at it.

I also wanted to say that I'm glad we saw each other this week, even if it was for a short period of time. according to mapquest, we're only 15 hours apart, so who knows, maybe we can meet in the middle some time! or I could come up for a visit- I've always wanted to see portland... <3
