Some feelings are hard to explain. Like the feeling you get after walking a mile after you haven't walked in a while. I just walked twice around my (1/2 mile) "block" and my ankles are burning, I am exceedingly sweaty, and I am thirsty.
I didn't get up until 8:30am this morning. I made blueberry pancakes, veggie sausage & scrambled (
