I made my own salad dressing. Not because I think I'm the Barefoot Contessa (God help me), but out of total necessity. Ken and I bought a shit-ton of fresh salad mixins yesterday and no fricken' salad dressing. I mixed a TBSP of olive oil and lemon juice with some Mrs Bairds and VOILA.
